We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

We believe in transparency and fairness. Our policy is designed to protect both our participants and our business while ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding of their rights and obligations. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or enrollment decision.

By enrolling in any of our programs or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us before completing your purchase.

2. Workshop Cancellation by Participant

2.1 Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Workshop

If you cancel your enrollment more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled workshop start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, minus a processing fee of 5% of the total enrollment cost. This processing fee covers administrative costs associated with handling your enrollment and cancellation.

To initiate a cancellation under these terms, you must provide written notice to our team via email or through our contact form. The cancellation date is determined by the date and time we receive your written notice, not the date you send it.

2.2 Cancellation 7-14 Days Before Workshop

If you cancel your enrollment between 7 and 14 calendar days before the scheduled workshop start date, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a future workshop date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

This partial refund reflects the costs we incur in preparing materials, reserving space, and allocating instructor time for your participation. We encourage early cancellations to minimize these impacts.

2.3 Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Workshop

If you cancel your enrollment less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled workshop start date, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. However, we may offer you the option to transfer your enrollment to a future workshop date, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Late cancellations significantly impact our ability to fill the spot with another participant and cover committed costs. We strongly encourage participants to provide as much notice as possible if they cannot attend.

3. Workshop Cancellation by Marketiagraceful

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or postpone a scheduled workshop due to unforeseen events such as instructor illness, natural disasters, or insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a workshop, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

In the event of cancellation by Marketiagraceful, you will be offered the following options:

  • Full Refund: A complete refund of all amounts paid for the cancelled workshop, processed within 10 business days.
  • Transfer: Transfer your enrollment to another scheduled workshop date of your choice, subject to availability.
  • Credit: Receive a credit for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months, which can be applied to any future workshop or service.

We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred in preparation for attending the workshop, such as travel, accommodation, or time off work. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers event cancellations.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a workshop without providing prior notice of cancellation, this will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-shows, and no transfer to future workshops will be offered unless there are documented extenuating circumstances.

Extenuating circumstances may include serious illness, family emergency, or other situations beyond your reasonable control. Documentation may be required to support any claim of extenuating circumstances, and the decision to offer a refund or transfer under such circumstances is at our sole discretion.

If you know you will be unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Even if you are outside the refund window, we appreciate being informed so we can potentially offer your spot to someone on our waiting list.

5. Partial Attendance

Our workshops are designed as comprehensive programs where each session builds upon previous content. Partial attendance significantly diminishes the value and effectiveness of the learning experience. Therefore, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial attendance.

If you must miss part of a workshop due to an emergency that arises during the program, please speak with the workshop instructor or coordinator immediately. We may be able to provide supplementary materials or arrange a follow-up session, subject to availability and at our discretion.

6. Digital Products and Resources

Access to digital products, downloadable resources, and online materials is generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has been initiated. This is because digital products can be copied and retained even after a refund is processed.

However, if you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing digital content you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or, if resolution is not possible, may provide a refund at our discretion.

For digital products purchased as part of a workshop enrollment, the refund policy for the workshop takes precedence, and any digital materials must be deleted and not used if a refund is granted.

7. Custom and Corporate Programs

Custom workshops and corporate training programs are subject to specific terms outlined in the service agreement or contract for that engagement. The terms in such agreements supersede the general terms in this Return Policy.

Typically, custom programs require a non-refundable deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due before the program commencement. Cancellation terms for custom programs are often more restrictive due to the significant preparation and resource allocation required.

If you are inquiring about a custom or corporate program, please discuss refund and cancellation terms with our team before signing any agreement.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Send a written request to our team using the contact information provided below. Include your full name, email address used for registration, the workshop name and date, and the reason for your cancellation.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days to confirm receipt and provide information about the applicable refund amount based on this policy.
  • Once your refund is approved, processing will begin within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please retain confirmation of your cancellation request until the refund has been processed and received.

9. Payment Processing

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available or functional, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with the original payment or refund. Some international transactions may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations, and refund amounts may differ slightly from the original payment amount as a result.

10. Disputes

If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied or you disagree with the refund amount provided, please contact us in writing to explain your concerns. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.

We encourage open communication and aim to resolve disputes amicably. However, if a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Use will apply.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
